Markus Blenntoft qualified at Allen & Overy (working in both their London and Dubai offices), before joining the Banking practice in 2009. During this time, Markus specialised in debt capital markets, Islamic finance and general banking. His principal focus is on MTN/ECP Programmes, Stand-alones, Convertibles, Exchangeables, 144A and Private Placements. Markus also specialises in Sukuk (Islamic Bonds) and Sharia’a-Compliant Finance & Structuring. In relation to general banking, Markus has a range of experience in Project Finance, Debt Restructuring (including Exchange Offers), Securitisation (including Covered Bonds), ISDA Documentation and Structured Finance. |
